1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, if you sign in or subscribe to vpside Pro. Free visitors don't need an account.
• Billing information: your plan and payment status. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
• Saved research: the price targets, comparables sets and notes you save.
• Usage information: which stocks you open, linked to a browser cookie and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, so we can apply the free daily limit; and how the Platform is used (pages and features), so we can improve it. If you accept analytics cookies, this also includes anonymous recordings of how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and typing in vpside's own fields, with no passwords or card details) and heatmaps.
• Technical information: standard log data, such as IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting providers to operate and secure the Platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Platform: to sign you in, manage your plan, save your research, apply usage limits, keep the Platform secure, improve it, and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Platform (such as hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics and payment processing), and where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to count your free daily stocks, and to remember your analytics choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics cookies are optional. When you first visit, we ask whether we may use them to understand how the Platform is used. If you accept, our analytics provider sets cookies so we can see returning visits, session recordings and heatmaps. If you decline, we still count visits and feature use without cookies, using an anonymous identifier that changes daily. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The price chart on stock pages is provided by TradingView. It loads only if you accept optional cookies or click “Show price chart”, and TradingView then sets its own cookies under its privacy policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, which permanently deletes your saved research. We may keep billing records where the law requires it. Records of which stocks a visitor opened are deleted after 48 hours.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of the Platform.
